Korean inspired meals and tacos might be two of our favorite things these days. So we combined them into a Korean inspired taco with another one of our favorite products, Beyond Meat!
The tacos are caramelized with a tamari-sugar sauce for sweetness and flavor, gochujang (Korean sweet chili paste) and sautéd bok choy. This sweet, flavor packed meat is piled onto warm, soft tortillas and topped with fresh cilantro, radishes, and spicy mayo for a blend of flavors that will make you realize, fusion cuisine is the best kind of cuisine!
