Grilled Chicken Thighs with Peanut Sauce & Garlic Snow Peas
Tamari marinated and grilled chicken thighs topped with peanut sauce, sesame seeds, scallions and served over sticky rice with sautéed garlic snow peas.
Don’t be afraid of a little char! The process of deeply caramelizing foods on the grill (or in the pan) adds incredible flavor…not to mention those cheffy grill marks. Resist the urge to move foods around until they’ve had a chance to sit for 3-4 minutes to crisp and develop great color before you move on. We’ve taken these chicken thighs to the next level with a tamari marinade and paired them with garlicky snow peas and a classic peanut sauce for extra oomph.
