Cooking Instructions

1
Step 1: MISE EN PLACE

Read through the entire recipe before getting started. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Wash and dry all produce. Trim ends from green beans and cut or chop into 1" pieces. Mince or grate garlic. Remove rosemary leaves from stems and discard stems. Cut potatoes into 1" cubes. In a medium bowl, lightly beat egg. Remove chicken breasts from package; rinse and pat dry.

2
Step 2: MARINATE CHICKEN

In the medium bowl with beaten egg, add chicken, HALF rosemary, HALF garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper; toss to coat. Cover and place in refrigerator. While our chicken is marinating, proceed with Step #3.

3
Step 3: PREPARE POTATOES

Add potatoes to foil-lined baking sheet, drizzle generously with 2 Tbsp. oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss until coated.

4
Step 4: BREAD CHICKEN

Spread panko in a shallow bowl. Remove chicken from egg, letting any excess drip back into the bowl, and toss in panko until completely coated. Press gently to help panko adhere. Once coated transfer to baking sheet with potatoes. Roast until chicken and potatoes are beginning to brown, 15-18 min.

5
Step 5: FINISH ROASTING

Remove baking sheet from oven and add green beans. Drizzle beans with 1 Tbsp. oil, remaining garlic and rosemary; toss to coat. Roast until green beens are crisp-tender, potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork and chicken is cooked through, 5-6 min more.
