Zucchini, Caramelized onion and Goat Cheese Tart
Puff Pastry is dough with many, many layers. In between the layers hides rich and delicious butter. When the puff pastry bakes, the butter melts, creating steam and “puffing” up the layers of dough to create a flakey and delicious pastry.
