Crisp, cheesy pepperoni and tangy fermented chili daikon pizzas will elevate your pizza night to the next level!

Ingredients
Whole Peeled Tomatoes
Flour
Fermented Chili Diakon
Oregano
Pepperoni
Pizza dough
Mozzarella cheese

2 foil lined baking sheets

Blender or food processor (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: STRECH DOUGH

Read though the entire recipe before getting started. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Wash and dry all produce. Remove dough balls from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature. While dough warms up clean a large surface to stretch the dough balls. Dust surface with flour, stretch using a rolling pin or wine bottle to form a circle about 8" in diameter. Set dough aside while making the sauce (Step #2).

Step 2: MAKE SAUCE

Place whole canned tomatoes in a food processor or blender. Add ¼ cup oil and a heavy pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Pulse until pureed and soft. Note: If food processor or blender is not available simply place whole canned tomatoes in a large bowl and mash using a fork until broken down. Season with ¼ cup oil and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix until emulsified.

Step 3: ASSEMBLE PIZZA

Dice mozzarella into 1" cubes. Transfer dough to foil lined baking sheet. Add about ¼ cup of tomato sauce to each pizza and spread using the back of a spoon. Top with peperoni and daikon spreading evenly around both pizzas. Top with mozzarella cubes distributing around the pizzas.

Step 4: BAKE PIZZA

Bake pizzas for 25-30 min until crust is crisp and browned.

Step 5: FINISH PIZZA

Remove pizzas from oven. Drizzle with 2 tsp. oil and garnish with oregano.

Step 6: PLATE YOUR DISH

Cut pizzas into slices and serve pizza night! Enjoy!
