Fajitas have become a favorite Tex-Mex dish for a reason – they’re a perfectly layered and balanced dish of deliciousness. First, simply seared beef. Then, sautéed veggies. And finally the freshness of tomatoes, herbs, sour cream and a squeeze of lime to round things out. We love Minnesota Nice Spice’s Totally Taco seasoning here to blend throughout the dish and add those typical Mexican seasonings that make our palates dance.
